I appreciated the pool access room we booked. It was very convenient! the room was spacious and offered a nice view of the pool. the location was close to a money exchange and a 7-eleven, both very useful.

The staff was not always friendly. Only a few employees smiled and tried to assist, i emailed before my arrival, but i never received a reply.

The room was very clean. I noticed daily cleaning services. a comfortable bed with good quality linens was provided. the room included a safe. I found this to be very practical.

The hotel location is good. It is a little away from Bangla Road, but I could walk to Bangla Road and the beach. A convenience store and money exchange are right across the street. The staff at the restaurant was very nice. They even took care of our luggage after checkout.

The breakfast selection was limited! The bacon did not look appealing. The WiFi required me to enter the password every time I used my phone. The building appears quite old. There is roof damage still visible.
